Through out the season we invite you to join us for cosy times and great dinner experiences in a relaxed atmosphere roofed by the sky and with the harbor as the nearest neighbor. 

We have invited a number of renowned chefs to cook the meals that we enjoy in each others great company.

RØDDER

Join us when Rødder invites you to a long table dinner and hygge in the Street Kitchen with a menu crammed with late summer greens as well as porchetta from organic free-range porks from Hindsholm – and of course dessert! Everything is served family style.

ABOUT RØDDER
Esben Grundtvig is an entrepreneur and cook and has since 2010 created pop up restaurants in and outside Denmark with is company Rødder.
Taste, sustainability, local produce, ecology and biodynamics are their core values when bringing people together at long tables for social dining experiences in informal and relaxed settings. The dishes are always 90-100% organic and made from the best local produce in season.

MIKKEL KARSTAD

Join us for a long table dinner with renowned chef and author Mikkel Karstad and his family in the kitchen with everything served family style. He will cook the meal and his wife and children will help with the serving.

MENU
The menu offers five simple green dishes of seasonal vegetables from local producers and wild herbs from the nature. The dinner ends with a tasty dessert.

ABOUT MIKKEL KARSTAD
  • Educated chef in 1995 from Krog’s Fiskerestaurant in Copenhagen.
  • Worked in the 1990s as a chef at various Michelin restaurants. First La Aunt Claire in London, then Era Ora and Kommandanten.
  • Kitchen Chef in the Parliament’s kitchen, 2001-2003.
  • Gastronomic advisor for Claus Meyer, 2005-2011
  • Author of the cookbooks “SPIS” (Lindhardt and Ringhof, 2014) and “Gone Fishing” (Lindhardt and Ringhof, 2016).
  • Food stylist and food writer for magazines.
  • Prepares his food over an open fire.
  • Swims in the ocean all year.
